最容易实现节能控器控制功能的改造方案就是由PIC单片机来完成控制功能，温度信号经过采样、信号调理之后再输入到单片机，在单片机中由软件编程对模拟信号进行 A∕D转换，转换为数字信号，与设定的温度相比较，得到偏差量，运用模糊控制算法对温度偏差进行模糊化和解模糊运算，控制输出量。在不同的实际温度下，通过偏差的大小来调节输出固态继电器开通与关断时间，输出占空比可调的PWM信号，控制散热器的实际加热功率，这样就实现了节能控制的目的。温度控制器原理框图如1.1。温度控制器的主要功能是由单片机进行软件的编程来实现的。
